Liquid nitrogen is added to the bath with the cylinder liner in – Peter Zabek
As the liquid nitrogen boils off, the liner starts to shrink – Peter Zabek
The liner is then carefully lifted from the tank – Peter Zabek
…..and quickly insterted into the centre cylinder – Peter Zabek
Once in place the liner starts to expand to form an interference fit with the cylinder wall – Peter Zabek
With one done, the next liner is prepared for the bath – Peter Zabek
The liner is checked for size – Peter Zabek
… and then manoevered to the next cylinder to be treated – Peter Zabek
Job done! Another one in place – Peter Zabek
The final liner is lifted into the bath – Peter Zabek
